Marigny #2

The “Marigny” suite was once used as the manager's apartment, this suite is the only room in the house that has a private kitchen and dining area. This room is on the outer corner of the first floor across from the lobby, and the closest to the main entrance.

 

Royal #3

The “Royal” suite is located on the first floor. It has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom (claw-footed tub/shower combination). It was once part of the family's dining area, adjacent to the double parlor.

 

St. Claude #4

The “St. Claude” suite is located at the top of the stairs on the second floor, this room has a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom (claw-footed tub/shower combination). There is a small "smoking porch" with a porch-swing available. It is accessible via the hallway.

 

Decatur #5

The “Decatur suite is located on the second floor, has a queen bed and a full bathroom (tub/shower combination). The bathroom is private, but is located at the end of the hall. We have no shared bathrooms.

 

St. Roch #6

The “St. Roch” suite is located on the second floor, has a king bed with access to a shared balcony. There is one other balcony room that shares the other half. It has a private bathroom, located across the hall from the bedroom.

 

Claiborne #7

The “Claiborne” suite is located on the second floor, has a king bed with access to a shared balcony. There is one other balcony room that shares the other half. It has a private ensuite bathroom

 

 Rampart #8

The Rampart Suite, located on the second floor, has an ensuite shower with a TV room separate of the bedroom

 

Esplanade #9

The “Esplanade” loft is located upstairs in our rear quarters, this room has a full sized bed and an ensuite shower in the bathroom.

 

Mandeville  #10

The “Mandeville” loft is located on the first floor in our rear quarters, this room has a full sized bed and an ensuite shower in the bathroom.

 

Inside, a quirky nineteenth-century charm you can find period furnishings mixed with more contemporary decorations and a good amount of frill.

All guests are welcome to enjoy the self-serve breakfast and supplies in the kitchen throughout the day. Guests may also sip their morning café au lait or afternoon wine in the front porch or out in the jungle-like courtyard that also has a hot tub and outdoor shower (Bare as you dare!).

Endless opportunities to boogie, to admire row upon row of lovingly restored homes, and to escape the fray of the more touristic parts of New Orleans

During the day, the Marigny's funky vibe pervades. You can peruse antique shops and bookstores, opt for food from Creole to vegetarian or visit the gardens of Washington Square Park - all perfect places for meeting local artists, performers and neighborhood characters.
