It's essential to pay attention to street signage to identify the areas where parking is allowed as well as be respectful of our neighbor’s driveways. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in or late check-out may be possible at an extra charge, depending on the availability, and can’t be guaranteed. We do have luggage storage free of charge for our guests to use. MANSION RULES The Mansion is located in the historic Marigny neighborhood. The neighborhood has a noise ordinance in effect from 10PM to 7AM. This ordinance is strictly enforced by our Staff and our Security. Any outdoor celebrations including gatherings of 2 or more guests or excessive noise indoors will be shut down at 10PM when the ordinance goes into effect. Destructive or illegal behavior at any time will be shut down immediately. No smoking indoors of any kind is allowed. No glass is allowed on balconies or stairs. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left behind items. Please make sure to check the property to ensure you have all your belongings before you check out. Early check in and late check out is not available for the entire Mansion rental, due to the amount of time it takes to have the property cleaned and ready for your arrival and then cleaned after your departure for the next guests.
